In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges are as follows:

Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
For the X-mas and New Year period (20th Dec to 5th Jan), payment is non-refundable.
If you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund will be restricted to a limited amount, depending on what we can recover from hoteliers/contractors. We do not bear responsibility for refunding unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, or missed meals.
Wildlife Safaris cancellation: All wildlife safaris booked into any Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuary are non-refundable. Date change requests will be considered cancellations, and no payment will be refunded or adjusted.
Our Liabilities & Limitations: If there is any hike in entrance fees, taxes, fuel cost, or guide charges after the finalization of the tour/service cost, the additional cost will be charged extra.
Incredible Taj acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions under which these services are provided.
Itineraries are samples intended to give a general idea of the schedule. Changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, or physical ability of participants, and we reserve the right to alter the schedule for safety and comfort.
Rates are based on prevailing rates negotiated with hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and airlines may modify rates, and we may adjust quoted rates accordingly.
We shall not be responsible for delays, alterations, or expenses due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, weather, sickness, political closures, or other untoward incidents.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, fire, accidents, breakdowns, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, or thefts.
We do not cover insurance for accidents, sickness, theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage and personal property are at the client's own risk.
Please Note: We will not be responsible for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, or traffic issues.

Payments: Certain advance payments must be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The balance amount can be paid before departure or upon arrival in India, but definitely before the commencement of services. Management reserves the right to decide on the advance payment amount based on the service type and time left for service commencement.
In some cases, like Special Train Journeys or bookings during peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.
